Berly Moda ships throughout Italy via express courier
(Liccardi / Poste Italiane) only on working days .

🗓 Weekends and holidays are excluded , as couriers do not collect or deliver.
📦 Packages leave the working day after the order and arrive within 24/48 working hours .

🚚 For orders under €6.50

All shipments are trackable and fast.

🔁 Return Policy

If you want to return a product, you can do so within 7 days of delivery .

✅ Return requirements:

The product must be intact , unused and with original labels
It must be returned in the same condition as received.

💳 Costs and refund conditions

The cost of the return is borne by the customer, through a €5 deduction from the final refund.
The initial shipping (€6.50) is also non-refundable

📌 Refund example:

If you had free shipping , €5 will be retained
If you paid for shipping, €6.50 + €5 = €11.50 will be retained.

The refund will be made net of charges , using the same payment method.
