🚚 How does the return work?
After contacting us, you can choose between two return methods:
- Home collection:
We will send one of our drivers to collect your package directly from your home.
- Delivery to collection point:
We'll direct you to a nearby pickup location where you can drop off your package.
📍 In both cases, the service fee is €5, which will be deducted directly from your refund.
📲 How to request a return?
Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order:
Indicates:
- Order number
- Name and surname
- Item to be returned
- Preferred return method (driver or collection point)

- The product must be returned in the same condition, with labels and original packaging.
- The refund will be made within 5-7 working days of receiving the return, with the €5 already deducted .
